How do I install RemarkableX?

Once you have signed up for your free trial or paid subscription you will receive a download link and, with paid subscriptions only, a key code.

Download the .exe file and install according to the onscreen instructions.

When the installation has finished, open Word, and you will see RemarkableX as a tab in your toolbar. Click on the tab to open RemarkableX.

To activate your paid subscription:

Click on any button in the RemarkableX toolbar, then click on 'Activate'. You will be asked to input your 'Serial number or licence code'. Paste or type your activation key into the space provided and click 'Activate'. The system will check your subscription and you will receive a 'Successful activation!' message and your licence name/email address.  Click close and then review the settings for the tools, or start working straight away. Please note that your subscription period begins from the date you complete your order, not the date you activate RemarkableX.

To activate your trial:

Click on any button in the RemarkableX toolbar. If prompted, click on 'Start trial'. You can see how many days you have remaining of your 14-days trial by clicking on the 'About' button at any time. Please note that the trial period does not begin until you have clicked 'Start trial'.
