Why isn’t RemarkableX working with my contract?

The biggest challenge with extending Word is that there appears to be no limit to how lawyers and everyone else touching contracts manage to break the document in novel and often hidden ways.  We usually find that issues result from problems within the particular document and if we are told about the issue, are able to see the document and can reproduce the issue we can usually extend RemarkableX to handle the problem.  

We understand that contracts are usually confidential and we agree in our licence to keep them confidential and we will delete them as soon as we have had a chance to find the issue.  If you are not comfortable sharing problematic contracts, we have found that many issues can be resolved using the Fix Styles feature which rebuilds the document and makes it much more stable. You may also be able to give us enough information about the problem that we can fix it without seeing the contract.
